Executive search, beautifully executed.

About Us
Spring Group International is a retained executive search and advisory firm at the intersection of medicine, beauty, and luxury.
We partner with founders, CEOs, boards, and investors to place commercial, clinical, and operational leaders across medical aesthetics, aesthetic technologies, luxury skincare and beauty, pharma, and evidence-based wellness. Our clients include medical-grade brands, luxury health and wellness organizations, device and pharmaceutical companies, PE-backed platforms, and physician-founded businesses worldwide.
Our founders bring more than 20 years of experience in global executive search and active physician leadership within plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. This rare combination allows us to evaluate more than a resume—clinical credibility, commercial judgment, cultural fit, and the leadership required to perform in complex, reputation-sensitive markets.
The aesthetics industry is evolving faster than its leadership pipeline. We help organizations identify the gap between the leadership they have and the leadership they need. With the discretion and personal attention of a boutique firm—and the reach and discipline of a global practice—we place leaders who protect trust, strengthen teams, and accelerate growth.

We founded Spring Group International to bridge the gap between leadership execution and clinical credibility. In these markets, the wrong hire can damage more than growth.
It can erode trust, culture, and credibility built over years. Our combined experience in global executive search and active medical aesthetics leadership allows us to assess both sides of the equation: whether a candidate can lead the business—and whether they understand the clinical, regulatory, and reputational realities that protect it.
Executive Search
Spring Group International provides executive search and advisory services for organizations operating at the intersection of clinical excellence, science, and commercial growth. We specialize in leaders who can operate in environments where trust, clinical and regulatory alignment, and execution directly shape outcomes.

Search Process
Every search follows a rigorous, four-phase process, managed with full discretion at every stage:
1
→
Define
Role scoping aligned to strategy and company organization
2
→
Market mapping, candidate identification, and discreet high-touch outreach
Search
3
→
Assess
Structured behavioral evaluation, leadership assessment, and reference checking
4
Close & Transition
Offer strategy, onboarding support, and regular check-ins
Consulting
Talent alone cannot overcome weak structure. Leadership underperforms when roles, incentives, culture, and clinical governance are not built to support it.
Spring Group International provides highly personalized organizational and clinical advisory for companies operating in complex, reputation-sensitive markets. Unlike broad consulting firms that rely on standardized frameworks, we combine broad executive search intelligence with direct clinical leadership experience to deliver practical guidance grounded in the realities of the industries we serve:

Organizational & Human Resources Advisory
The right executive succeeds when the role, structure, incentives, and expectations are aligned. SGI helps organizations create those conditions, often in conjunction with executive search.

Founders
The only executive search and consulting firm built from inside the industry.
One founder has spent more than two decades shaping leadership for the world’s most refined luxury, beauty, technology, and creative brands; these are sectors where taste level, ability to innovate and inspire, personality and cultural instinct can define success. The other founder has spent more than two decades leading inside medical aesthetics and plastic surgery, building practices, operating, mentoring, and navigating the clinical realities that determine whether an organization actually performs. Spring Group International exists because the work we do for our clients requires both kinds of expertise.

Amanda Spring

She has worked with organizations ranging from large global companies including Procter & Gamble, Nike, Accor Hotel Group, Technogym and Shiseido to early-stage startups, placing executives across general management, commercial leadership, marketing, operations, and finance.
Amanda has also built and scaled international businesses herself, which shapes how she thinks about leadership, not just how she recruits for it. She understands the pressure of getting the team right when the stakes are high. She has also worked with numerous PE-backed companies during scaleups.
